Mike has a great desire to communicate the glory of Jesus Christ to all who will listen! He enjoys deep conversations, reading, teaching, soccer, and Buffalo Wild Wings. Mike completed an M.Div at Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary in 2010.

Mike married his best friend Bethany in December '09. Mike and Bethany serve in several different areas at Harvest, including the Teen and College ministries. Mike also oversees Grace and Truth Radio and the Harvest small groups.

Joe graduated from Baptist Bible College of Pennsylvania in December of 2006. While in college he had many opportunities to lead worship for his church, special events at the college, and in his home church during the summer. In April of 2007, God led Joe to Harvest Bible Church where he started serving the church in the Worship Ministry. Joe has a heart for leading the Church in sincere, Christ-centered worship and challenging people to treasure Christ above all else.

Joe married his high school sweetheart, Juliann, in June '07. Juli sings in the Worship Ministry and serves in the Nursery at Harvest. Joe and Juli welcomed their first child, Bradley, into their family in May of 2011!

Joe enjoys spending time with his family, songwriting, reading, and listening to good music.

Kevin is passionate about ministry and aims to promote change through God's Word, God's Spirit, and God's people. Kevin holds seven earned academic degrees, including an M.Div in Pastoral Counseling and an M.A. in Practical Theology from Ashland Theological Seminary; as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Statistics, Evaluation, and Research from Wayne State University. He is currently in the dissertation writing phase for the D.Min degree in Applied Apologetics & Worldview Studies at the Talbot School of Theology.

Kevin is married to the love of his life, Kendra, and their union has produced two beautiful children, Jeremiah and Eliana. Kendra is an extraordinary woman who holds Kevin accountable in several areas, including his desire to cultivate a deep and loving relationship with God, to love his wife as Christ loved the Church, to raise his son up in the admonition of the Lord, and to faithfully serve others in the name and spirit of Christ. Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and listening to gospel music.

Ian was raised in a Christian family and came into relationship with Jesus at a young age. As a teen he felt a calling into ministry. Ian graduated in 2011 from University of Michigan Dearborn with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science and minor in History. He is currently continuing his education by pursuing a Master of Divinity from Moody Theological Seminary. He intends to use this degree to become an Army Chaplain, and is currently a Chaplain Candidate for the Army Reserves.

Ian is passionate about God's Word, and also enjoys philosophy and history. He can't resist watching a good football game and thoroughly enjoys playing almost any sport. Above all, he has a strong desire to see students develop a rich and persevering passion for Jesus.

Susana grew up Ecuador, and has been ministering to children and to the underprivileged for most of her life. She completed a degree in Counseling from Moody Theological Seminary in May 2013, and is currently pursuing a certificate in Marriage & Family Therapy. Susana has a passion for teaching children the importance and power of the Word of God!

Jesse came to Harvest in May 2013.  He has a passion to see God at work in the lives of men. Jesse has a wealth of managerial experience in the business world, and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree from Moody Theological Seminary. He and his wife Alex have two wonderful children. In his spare time, Jesse enjoys riding his motorcycle or hitting the links!
